How do I become a 2018 Member?

You can purchase or renew a Manly Warringah Sea Eagles Membership in 3 ways:

As a new member, how do I purchase a reserved seat for 2018?

Once logged in to your account, in the ‘buy memberships‘ section choose ‘Reserved Seat Membership’. Here you can see what is available in real time using our interactive seating map online. If you are unsure of what seating you may be interested in, our friendly Membership department can answer any questions you may have and find the best seats for you. Contact us on (02) 9970 3000 or membership@seaeagles.com.au.

As a renewing reserved seat member, how can I see what is available and change my seat?

Begin a new purchase for the category that you would like the new seating in. Once on the interactive map if you see something that you would prefer please contact our Membership department and we will assist your move.

Can I buy a Membership as a gift?

You can purchase a membership as a gift or on behalf of someone else. On the confirmation page during your online purchase you will find a series of responses where you can include the recipients personal and contact details. If you prefer to leave the membership as a surprise, ensure you provide your own postal and contact details. If you would like a gift certificate to provide before the package arrives please make mention of this in your question responses. Alternatively, contact our membership department on (02) 9970 3000 and they can set up the membership for you.

How do I know if I have successfully renewed/purchased a membership?

You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours to confirm the renewal or purchase of a membership.

How long does it take to receive my Membership card & pack?

Delivery of all member packs commenced from mid-November 2017, once the seat change window had concluded for reserved seat members. Memberships should arrive 3-4 weeks after the date of purchase*. Members will receive an email notification once our fulfilment provider has started processing their package. Membership packs arrive through Australia Post.

* Arrival date will be delayed during the period of Chinese New Year (January 26 2018 – 23 February 2018). If purchased after January 24, your pack and card will arrive separately.

Membership Classifications

What age is classified as a junior?

Members must be aged under 16 at 1 January 2018 (born after 1 January 2002). Proof of age must be produced upon request.

Which Concession Cards are accepted?

We accept aged, single parent, disability or veterans affairs. Students must be enrolled full time. ID must be produced upon request and carried at all games. Concession prices are not available to seniors or the unemployed.

Do you accept Companion Cards?

Yes. A member must notify us if they require a companion and we will provide an admission member card for their companion at no extra charge. This includes reserved seats if a reserved seat is purchased by the person requiring a carer (companion card must be shown before purchase).

Payment

Can I pay my Membership monthly?

Membership payments can be spread over a 10 month period from 15 October 2017 - 15 July 2018. Purchase of a membership after October 2017 requires an upfront payment, equal to the instalments that have passed as part of monthly payment schedule. Subsequent payments are deducted on the 15th of each month.

Can I pay for my membership in advance if I am on a part-payment?

You can pay your membership in advance by contacting the Membership department and letting them know how far in advance you would like to pay.

What is the Easy Eagle Payment Plan?

The Easy Eagle is designed to remove the stress of renewing your Membership manually. Members who sign up online, or who opt in to the rollover when signing up for membership elsewhere, will automatically have their membership renewed each year. Members will be notified leading in to a new season and have the right to opt out at any time by contacting the Club.

Gameday

How do I use my 3 Game FLEXI membership?

If you have a 3 Game FLEXI membership your membership allows you to attend any 3 regular season Sea Eagles home games at Lottoland. There is no need to advise us of the games you wish to attend as you can simply scan the barcode on the back of your members card when you arrive at the ground. You can sit anywhere in the General Admission area. Please note that the 3 Game FLEXI membership only allows access for one person per game at Lottoland.

How do I access a match or redeem my Membership discounts if I have forgotten or not yet received my Membership card on game day?

If you have forgotten or not yet received your Membership card, you will still have access to all matches as part of your membership. To enter the grounds please contact the Membership Team at membership@seaeagles.com.au in the week leading up to the game or visit the Membership Marquee found outside the Ken Arthurson Grandstand on game day with a copy of your ID and one of our friendly membership staff will assist you.

What should I do if I lose my Membership card?

Contact our Membership department and we can organise a replacement card. Please note that a replacement fee of $10 will incur.

Can I upgrade my membership on a game-by-game basis?

Yes. Please get in contact with the membership team prior to game day and they will connect you with Ticketmaster to organise an upgrade.

I cannot make the game; can someone else use my membership to attend instead?

You may give your membership card to someone else to use on game day. Please note that entry to Lottoland will be subject to the classification of the membership (e.g. an adult cannot enter with a Junior membership).

Can I apply for a wheelchair bay?

Members who wish to reserve a general admission wheelchair bay can do so by contacting the club prior to the game they require. It is important to note the amount of people in the group so we can reserve a spot for all those attending. To inquire about booking a spot please email membership@seaeagles.com.auand our friendly membership department will get back to you.

Leagues Club, Football Club & Sea Eagles Membership. What’s the difference?

The Manly Leagues Club and District Football Clubs are separate entities to the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles football team and as such their memberships are separate to your Sea Eagles Membership.

Sea Eagles Membership directly supports the team on the field and includes game access, finals ticketing benefits and exclusive Members Only merchandise. For a full list of Sea Eagles Membership benefits visit membership.gomanly.com.au
