CONDITIONS:
Eagle Scout must be over 18 years of age and have been a 2011 member. New member must not have been a member in 2011 & join as a fully paid Ticketed member i.e. Next Generation & supporter member do not qualify.In the event of a tie for Top Eagle Scout, the member who has recruited members to the highest monetary value will win the prize. If this does not resolve the tie, the winner will be drawn randomly.
