Membership Services Office
Forgotten your card? Want to sign up a friend? Need membership help? The Membership Service Office is located outside the Ken Arthurson Stand entrance in the portable ticket booth and is there to help with any membership enquiries on game day.
Game Day Member Upgrades
General Admission members can upgrade to a reserved seat on game day. Visit any of the Brookvale Oval Ticketmaster Box Offices. Subject to reserved seat availability.
Replacement Tickets
Forgot your membership card? No worries, the membership team will provide you with a replacement ticket to gain entry to the ground for $5. This service is only available from the Membership Service Office located in the portable ticket booth at the Ken Arthurson entrance.
Membership Collections
All ticketed members will have the opportunity to collect their membership
merchandise items from the Membership Service Office at the first four home
matches at Brookvale Oval.
