When Can I Expect to Receive My Membership?

It will take approximately three weeks for membership packs to arrive once payment has been received.

If purchasing a membership as a gift and you are worried that it may not arrive in time, you can always phone the Membership Team on (02) 9970 3000 to request a gift certificate.

Where Can I Collect My Member Cap & Other Items?

All membership items are available for collection at The Factory Outlet. You will also have the opportunity to collect your redemption items at the first four home matches at Brookvale Oval. Please ensure that you have your game day collection voucher with you

Is There a Difference Between Leagues Club & Football Club Membership & Sea Eagles Membership?

The Leagues Club and Football Club Memberships are separate to your Sea Eagles membership. As a Sea Eagles Member you will receive discounted membership to the Leagues and Football Clubs by selecting the upgrade option on your application.

Double Memberships

Premium Golden Wings Double Members will receive two of the following benefits per package; non-Brookvale home game tickets, 2012 End of Season Awards Night, Cocktail Function invitations, NRL Grand Final ticket benefits. They will receive one of the following benefits per package; entry into tipping competition, umbrella.

What Constitutes a Junior, Concession, Family and Next Generation Member?

Junior: Applicant must be aged under 16 years at 1 January 2012 (i.e. born after 1 January 1996). Proof of age (e.g. birth certificate, passport etc) must be provided with application.

Concession: Applicant must hold a valid concession card – aged, single parent, disability or veteran affairs. Students must be enrolled full-time. Concession identification must be produced when applying for a membership and when attending games.

Family: A family membership consists of two adults and two juniors under the age of 16 (see conditions above).

Next Generation: Applicant must be aged under 9 years at 1 January 2012 (i.e. born after 1 January 2003). Proof of age (e.g. birth certificate, passport etc) must be provided with application.

If I Lose My Membership Card Can I Get a Replacement?

Contact the Membership Team on (02) 9970 3000 to have your membership
card re-issued. Unless a valid Police report is presented a replacement card
will incur a $25 fee.

If I Forget My Membership Card Am I Still Able To Enter The Ground?

Yes, you definitely can. Go to the Membership Service Office located outside the entrance to the Ken Arthurson Stand and have your membership details handy, the Membership Team will then issue a replacement ticket for the match at a cost of $5.

Can I Upgrade My General Admission Membership To a Reserved Seat On Game Day?

Yes, you can upgrade on a match-by-match basis. Simply bring your membership
card to the match and present it to one of the Ticketmaster staff at various outlets
around the ground. You will then be charged an upgrade fee. Please note that this
is a game day only service.
